This tour will begin at our offices in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. During the tour we will provide a detailed market analysis for multi-unit residential buildings prior to boarding the bus. We will be showing buildings that have been recently completed, in addition to buildings under construction, and new building sites with zoning approvals. This educational session is focused on providing information. We have nothing to sell at this event.
